Automatic cake cutting machine
The equipment is designed for linear cutting of fresh cakes (round, square, triangular, rolls). Cutting is performed with two stainless steel blades moving back and forth. The system has automatic blade tensioning, speed adjustment, and lowering control via potentiometer. After each cut, the blades are automatically cleaned, and a heating mechanism (0–150 °C) is installed. The cutting table, made of anodized aluminum with Mitsubishi drive, automatically rotates to the feeding position. The equipment is equipped with IFM safety barriers and complies with EU certification requirements.
