Configuration

Machine for cutting various types of buns. Manufactured to make two different cuts (butterfly cut and hinge cut) using the same machine.

  • Designed specially for side-cutting hamburger, hot-dog, baguettes and other buns.
  • Butterfly cut: horizontal cut from both sides of the product, leaving ~3 mm in the middle uncut.
  • Hinge cut: horizontal cut from one side leaving minimum 2 mm on other side uncut.
  • Butterfly cut leaves an aesthetic, almost invisible separation mark.
  • Durable disc saws guarantee minimal maintenance costs.
  • Fast and simple cut height and depth adjustment.
