Client:

Romania’s largest bakery concern. It operates 12 industrial bakeries in Romania with more than 2,500 employees. It produces ~500 tonnes of bread products per day.

Problem:

Seeking to improve the efficiency of the bakery and the quality of its products.

Solution:

Installation of automatic transportation of bread products from the oven to the spiral cooling system. Also, cooling of bread products using an additional automatic cooling and humidity control system, and transportation of cooled products to the slicing and packaging area.

Result:

  • Better quality products with preserved moisture and weight.
  • Product weight variation of up to 3 % was achieved.
