METAL SCRUBING, PAINTING, PRODUCTION OF METAL CONSTRUCTIONS

We have long year experience in metal scrubing, painting and metal constructions production. High quality and efficient machinery, experienced and high trained personnel is guaranty of very high quality.

Metal scrubing

We perform manual abrasive scrubing (using cast iron sand) of various metal constructions, metal profiles, welded constructions, assemblies, and containers.

Roughness of the surface cleaned depends on the abrasive used, wishes of the client, or technological requirements of further processing of the surface (priming, painting, etc.). Mostly required SA-2,5 cleaning class by ISO 12944-4 guaranty very good bonding between steel surface and anticorrosion covering. Cleaning chamber dimensions are 20m x 4m x 5m, hence we can clean even large constructions and containers.

Metal painting

We paint various metal constructions using high-pressure airless painting apparatus manufactured by the I.B.K. company. The apparatus develops a pressure of 240 bars. Technology of vacuum-injection allows us to use paint of higher viscosity, and reach higher painting quality.

We may prime the surfaces being painted by various epoxy and zinc coatings and epoxy polyurethane paint. We currently paint using various International and Sigma Coating paint systems. We may paint using a spray gun.

Production of metal constructions

We produce steel constructions by customers request from standard and stainless steel. By customers request, we can estimate price for every project, regarding customers request for materials used. Elements of each construction are connected following for each particular connection estimated connection method, which is determined by technology designer. We follow welding procedures prepared by technology designers and certificated by Technical supervising department (TSD).

We also produce different steel product on customer request.

After production is completed, products may be finished using mechanical ball gun. After order completed we hand over to customer certificates for welding materials, connection materials, steel materials certificates and guaranty letter.
